Kevin R. Lomupo
Kevin R. LomupoKevin R. Lomupo was born May 5, 1953 in New Jersey. He attended the University of Dayton graduating with a B.A in 1976. Thereafter he received an MBA from Rensselear Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York before receiving a JD from Duquesne University Law School in 1984. While attending law school he worked for Fireman's Fund Insurance Company in Pittsburgh.

Following law school Mr Lomupo worked for Gilardi & Cooper before becoming a partner in 1992. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations as well as being elected a member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County. Mr. Lomupo has served as a hearing committee member of the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

Mr Lomupo's practice is concentrated in personal injury litigation including medical malpractice , auto accidents, bad faith insurance matters, industrial accidents and other injury cases. He obtained the first multi-million dollar punitive damage bad faith verdict in Western Pennsylvania under the new Pennsylvania Insurance Bad Faith Statute. He has successfully settled or tried medical malpractice cases in virtually all Western Pennsylvania counties and Ohio and West Virginia.

Mr Lomupo is a currently on the Boards of the Ingomar Franklin Athletic Association and Shannopin Country Club. He coaches in-line hockey for the Pittsburgh Fusion Hockey Club.

Richard P. Gilardi
Richard P. GilardiRichard P. Gilardi was born on April 13, 1965 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  He attended Upper Saint Clair High School in Pittsburgh before attending and graduating from Wheeling Jesuit College in West Virginia.  Upon his graduation Mr. Gilardi enrolled at Duquesne University School of Law.  

Mr. Gilardi graduated from Duquesne with a Juris Doctor degree in 1992.  As a law student Mr. Gilardi was the Associate Recent Decisions Editor for the Duquesne Law Review and was the author of The Unsettled Foundation of the Pennsylvania Construction Projects Statute of Repose, 30 Duq. Univ. Law Rev. 681 (1991-1992). 

Following law school Mr. Gilardi started his legal career by joining his father in the practice.  Mr. Gilardi continues a 50 year family tradition of working for injured people and their families.  His practice is concentrated in personal injury litigation including motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, slip and fall accidents, railroad accidents and various industrial accidents.  Mr. Gilardi is admitted to practice in the Federal and State Courts, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association.

Brian T. Kadlubek
Brian T. KadlubekBrian T. Kadlubek was born on August 20, 1966 in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. He grew up in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, where he attended Hempfield High School, before obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Mr. Kadlubek went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate degree from Duquesne Law School in 1992. While at Duquesne, he was the co-founder and president of the Environmental Law Society.

Following law school, Mr. Kadlubek immediately began representing injured people and concentrated on work related injuries. He joined the predecessor law firm to GILARDI, OLIVER & LOMUPO in 1998 where he relished the opportunity to serve the many labor organizations associated with Gilardi Oliver & Lomupo given his own family's labor background. Mr. Kadlubek continues to concentrate his practice on Workers' Compensation, Labor Law, Social Security Disability, and General Personal Injury Law. He has given numerous lectures and has written many articles on Workers’ Compensation Law in Pennsylvania.  He is a member of the Workers' Compensation Section of the Pennsylvania Bar and Allegheny County Bar Associations. He is admitted in the Federal and State Courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is married to Lisa Kadlubek and has three children.

William J. Gagliardino
William J. GagliardinoWilliam J. Gagliardino was born on September 28, 1968 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He attended Chartiers Valley High School in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania before attending the Pennsylvania State University. He graduated from Penn State in 1990 with a business administration degree in Finance. He then worked for a year in the marketing field before starting law school at Duquense University in Pittsburgh.

Mr. Gagliardino graduated from Duquesne with a Juris Doctor degree in 1994. During law school he worked for the predecessor lawfirm to GILARDI, OLIVER & LOMUPO as a law clerk. As a law student Mr. Gagliardino earned the American Jurisprudence Award for Criminal Law and was a member of the Justice Louis L. Manderino Honor Society and the Appellate Moot Court Honor Society.

Following law school Mr. Gagliardino started his career with the firm and has been working for injured people and their families ever since. His practice is concentrated in personal injury litigation including motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, slip and fall accidents, and various industrial accidents. Mr. Gagliardino is admitted to practice in the Federal and State Courts in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association.

Marianne Oliver
Marianne OliverMarianne Oliver was born on October 3, 1954 in Pittsburgh, PA. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree from The Pennsylvania State University, and her law degree from Duquesne University in 1986. While in law school, she was a member of the Duquesne Law Review and is published at NLRB Crackdown on Unions: Union Fines and Sympathy Strikes, 24 Duq. Law Review 741 (1986). She accomplished both her college and law degrees while working full time. She has served in various positions including past President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer of the Allegheny County Bar Association Labor and Employment Section, and has served on the Pennsylvania Bar Association Personnel Advisory Committee, and AFL-CIO Lawyers Coordinating Committee. She has been an instructor for the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Institute, Allegheny County Bar Association, Indiana University of Pennsylvania Labor Studies Program, and for many union steward training seminars. Marianne worked as an investigator and attorney for the National Labor Relations Board for eight years before going into private practice. She has been of counsel to Gilardi, Oliver & Lomupo, and its predecessor firm, for the past 17 years. She has chaired fundraisers for Make-A-Wish Foundation, has taught CCD at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton parish for the last sixteen years, and has been Secretary and Treasurer of the Chartiers Valley Lady Colts Soccer Booster Club. She is married and has two children.

Marianne's father worked as a steelworker in Pittsburgh, and her grandfather worked in the coal mines of West Virginia. Her grandfather died in a coal mining accident, and her father died of causes related to emphysema from working in the steel mill. As a consequence, she has devoted her practice exclusively to the representation of unions, and the betterment of working conditions for employees and their families. Marianne has argued cases before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and has practiced law in federal and state court, before numerous administrative agencies, has represented unions in many private labor arbitrations, and has negotiated many labor agreements for union clients.

Linda Kramer
Linda is a lifelong resident of the Pittsburgh area. She graduated from Upper St. Clair High School and went on to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing at the University of Pittsburgh and a Paralegal Certificate from Computer Systems Institute. For 18 years before coming to the law firm, Linda practiced clinical nursing at Presbyterian Hospital and West Penn Hospital, and also taught Intensive Care Nursing at West Penn Hospital School of Nursing. She has worked for the Allegheny Health Department and as a home care nurse for several private agencies.

Colleen Venglish
Colleen graduated from Nursing School at St. Margaret Memorial Hospital in Pittsburgh. She received a Bachelor of Nursing Degree from LaRoche College. She worked for 10 years on a medical-surgical unit, with specialties in neurological and orthopedic surgery. She then transferred to nursing research and was the Clinical Research Nurse on a five-year NIH grant concerning arthritis related disease and immunology. This research has been published in leading journals. Colleen also was a clinical nurse for Case Western Reserve University on family genetics and has also worked as a Home Care nurse.
